Commission Sales
Job Summary: The sales department will be responsible for generating leads and ultimately sales from those leads. Sales Reps. are also responsible for finding leads, using tools provided, as well as your own methods. They also will need to discover the needs of a client and produce a solution that fits that client's needs.
Major Responsibilities:

- Report to Sales and Project Manager
- Ensure a smooth transition to Account Manager and Developer
Required Qualifications:
- Previous Sales experience
- Dedication toward individual and team growth

Recommended Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in Web, IT, or any technology field.

Development:
HTML/PHP Programmers
Job Summary: Programmer will be responsible for developing sites from designs provided by the creative director or account manager. Code written will need to follow W3 Validation Standards of XHTML and CSS. Programmers will realize the vision that the client wants to see in their site. Programmers will also be responsible for repairing any code break down and additions to a client's site.
Major Responsibilities:
- Programming sites based on designs from Creative Director. or Account Manager
- Report to Creative Director and Project Manager
- Communicate with Sales department and Clients about needs
- Provide input on web design and code architecture decisions
- Analyze, organize, and optimize code.
- Design and implement modifications, reorganizations, and extensions to existing code base.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS programming languages.
- Dedication toward individual and team growth
- Clean, intuitive and adaptive coding style
- Good people skills
- Instinct for good design
- Collaborative attitude
Recommended Qualifications:
- Previous programming experience in a web development firm.
- Java Script and PHP programming languages
- Understanding of web structure, procedures, and design process
- Web/Graphic Design experience.
- Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator understanding
- A laptop or home computer.
